Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
